I went to a lovely wedding this past Saturday evening at Bubby’s Brooklyn. It was a splendid good time and definitely one of the better weddings I’ve been to. See one of the stunning floral displays above, which makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside because I love it so much.

One of my favorite things about people tying the proverbial knot (aside from the heartwarming displays of love and what not) is getting to dress up! I recently purchased this gorgeous emerald vintage dress from Beacon’s Closet. It has autumnal specks of orange and mustard yellow throughout, with discreet puffy sleeves. Totally retro and perfect for fall, so, obviously, I had to wear it. I paired it with a sash that came with a dress I bought years ago, but doubles as a great belt.

Here are some pics! My puppy decided he wanted to be by the windowsill too, so, excuse him, please.

He is not biting my finger, though it does look like that.

These are a bit blown out because the sun was coming from
behind. But I think they look cool that way. So there.

Have you been to any weddings this season yet? What did you wear?

Love,

Zanna
