Rejoice you heat haters! It’s almost the autumnal season of cool breezes, jackets, stylish layering, pretty colors and not sweating your ass off! 6. Epea Tote, $125, Matt & Nat: Talk about fall color! Yum, yum, yummy. This is faux suede and the lining, as is M&N’s way, is made with recycled plastic water bottles.
7. Timberland Earthkeepers Rudston Desert Boot, $135, Zappos.com: I am shocked at how freakin’ cute Tims have become. Not to mention eco-conscious. The leather tannery that makes these is rated Silver for improved energy and waste management, the mesh lining is made from recycled plastic bottles and the rubber is 15% recycled.
8. A Peace Treaty Adire Scarf, $198, Anthropologie: We’ve written about APT before and their amazing efforts. This particular scarf is silk and made by artisans in Pakistan.
