Carrie Parry: Spring Capsule Collection
This past weekend, Zanna and I had the pleasure of meeting Carrie Parry, sustainable fashion designer on the rise! On her website, Parry’s collection is described as a timeless style rooted in sustainability and wearability. And, after having tried on a few different dresses and skirts, I would have to agree. I could honestly see myself (or Zanna) wearing her pieces to the office or out on the town. These looks work far beyond the catwalk, an aspect that we truly value at GHoF.
This is all fine and good, but the real reason we went to check out Parry’s trunk show at Bloomie’s Soho is because of her commitment to sustainability. All of Parry’s lines are created with careful consideration of their social and environmental impact. Produced locally in the New York garment district, Parry exclusively incorporates environmentally conscious materials and textiles supporting artisanal communities worldwide. Parry is one of the leader’s of this generation’s sustainable style revolution, and GHoF is happy to support! Check out some of the super chic Spring Capsule collection below.
